Events - 03/10/05

Yesterday Silverstone held host to the D1GP Exhibition round where Yokomo and CML put on RC Drift demos through out the day. D1RC Drivers Eddie Turner, Mark Riccioni and Chris Cummins were among names such as Masami Hirosaka (multiple world champ in all classes from Yokomo Japan), Olly Jefferies, Lee Woodhams of team yokomo and many more CML people.

Round 4 of the Yokomo Drift series took place this weekend at Yatabe arena, with the usual numerous amount of competitors creating yet another fantastic competition. 140 people in total entered, including drivers from the D1GP.

This weekend the NEC hosts the UK's biggest RC and Model Exhibition, Model Expo 2005. This is a show no RC drifter should miss. CML will be demoing their Yokomo cars there so be sure to go and check them out.

Yup your seeing right. We arn't to clear on the full story but it appears to be the prototype for Taniguchi's HKS Altezza. Hopefully we shall see this bodying being produced later in the year.
