Does the red light come on when you flick the switch?

If the battery powers the ESC but not your TLU-01, then you know the fault to be between the TLU-01 and it's connection to your power supply. If it powers up but does not light the LED's then it's either something electrical inside the unit or something to do with the LED's themselves.

It could be a million and one things preventing it from working, but it's more than likely something simple. Check for loose and/or damaged wires connecting the unit to the battery and from the unit to the LED's etc.

Is this a new unit ? Or a used one from eBay so you don't have any kind of warranty etc ? If from eBay, did the seller say it was in good condition and/or in working order ?
